EVOLUTIONA laboratory that covers all biochemical specialties

We opened our doors as a laboratory specialized in immunological techniques and, taking into consideration the needs of our patients, we evolved into an integral laboratory, that covers all biochemical specialties.

Thus, we decided to introduce molecular biology as a specialization and to develop these other areas:

  • Endocrinology
  • Immunology
  • Microbiology
  • Clinical Chemistry
  • Hematology
  • Hemostasis

COMMITMENTLa seguridad
del paciente,
is our priority

COMMITMENTPatient’s safety
is our priority

Analysis is carried out in the primary tubes, which are labeled with bar codes from the moment of the collection to the end of the process.
We have an IT system that allows to:

Record data from our patients.
Make a thorough follow-up on these patients.
Evaluate backgrounds.
Analyze commentaries made in the reports about meaningful changes between two consecutive results (Delta verification).

In addition, we know that technology does not constitute a solution in itself; thus, our STAFF is made up of specialized professionals, many of whom belong to national and international scientific associations.

Our Mission

We provide an excellent service for making and assessing biochemical studies with a commitment to moving forward and implementing new methodologies that contribute to customers and health professional's satisfaction.

Our Vision

We will turn into a laboratory of excellence that covers all biochemical specialties with very high-quality standards, combining the high academic level of our work team with cutting-edge technology.

Our Staff

The skills of the work team are updated in a programmed way following the Continuous Quality Improvement Plan, by which we dictate designed seminars and internal courses, paying particular attention to the requisites of the new technologies, and taking part in congresses, seminars and training courses organized by different scientific organizations. Technological Equipment

Bioflash (biodiagnostics) (Inova Diagnostic)

Chemiluminescence immunoassay.

This is a completely automated equipment that makes antibodies measure for celiac disease, rheumatic disease and markers of antiphospholipid syndrome.
You can obtain the first result in only 30 minutes.

QUANTA-Lyser 2 (Inova Diagnostics)

The QUANTA-Lyser® 2 is an advanced state-of-the-art robotic workstation providing a complete laboratory automation solution for processing both ELISA and IFA technologies, ensuring the traceability of the samples.

QUANTA-Link (Inova Diagnostics)

Integration of tools for the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases (Bioflash, Quanta-Lyser, enzyme immunoassay and immunofluorescence), which allows us to prepare a global evaluation of the results of every patient, which we can connect directly with the laboratory information system (LIS, for its acronym in Spanish).

COBAS 8000 (Roche)

This is an equipment with 4 modules that combines clinical, endocrine and serological chemistry.

Cobas c 502 module: clinical chemistry module.

Cobas ISE module: electrolytes module.

E 801 module: immunoassay module.

This is the only high-performance analyzer with automatic loading of reactants without interrupting the samples processing.

WALK AWAY 96 PLUS Beckman

This is an automated equipment for microbiology.

It has panels for microorganism’s identification isolated in different cultures and it can be used for testing bacterial sensitivity.

It can also be used for the processing of a high number of samples simultaneously, which streamlines result times.

This equipment facilitates access to the patient information and it is connected with the laboratory system.

It can be used to analyze complex and slow-growth species, and different patterns or resistance to antibiotics.

IRIS AUTOANALYZER OF URINE

This is an automated equipment for urine analysis.

It has an integrated system, composed of VELOCITY module, that provides the physical and chemical characteristics of urine, and iQ 200-ELITE module, that can be used to perform the microscopy of urine and provides precise digital images of the particles.

The work cell can handle 200 samples per hour.

It has a high-capacity analysis storage software.

VARIANT II TURBO (Bio-rad)

This is a completely automated equipment to determine glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) with HPLC.

The system uses HPLC, which is the reference method(gold standard), for measure glycosylated hemoglobin It delivers precise results for Hb A1 C, even in the presence of variants of hemoglobin and other interfering substances.
